  • If I write Flour....I mean Gluten Free Flour
  • If I write milk.....I mean Coconut, Almond
  • Pasta....Gluten free type
  • or anything for that matter.....I only use Gluten/Casein free products.
We also try to avoid Soy (not that great for you ...eventually I will post article about that if your interested).
If I am baking for my husband I also try to avoid corn & eggs....if it's something I just can't use a replacer - then I will make him something else. *only because I love him.
As for milk....we avoid Rice milk (contains corn syrup) & Soy milk....see above.
So I guess what I am trying to say is......when I am writing on this Blog....I am assuming you know you are on a Gluten free/ Casein free blog.
I try my hardest to make things homemade & I try to go by the Maximized Living program. So we may avoid more than your typical Celiac. Hope this helps.
